At Oud al Fitr, we aim to provide the best fragrance experience to our customers. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
• If the perfume bottle is unused and sealed, and you did not like the fragrance, you can request an exchange.
• If the bottle is damaged during delivery, we will replace it with a new one.
• The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Conditions
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Customers may be required to share images or videos of the product for verification.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
No Return / No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. We only provide product exchange in eligible cases.
